This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the case in S.C.No.154 of 2022 expeditiously.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the 1/4

petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to expedite the trial in S.C.No.154 of 2022 and complete the same, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the trial. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
