Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to reimburse the petitioner's medical claim as claimed by the petitioner by allowing his appeal dated 06.02.2019 in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in W.A.(MD) No.1579 of 2016 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to reimburse the petitioner's medical claim by allowing his appeal dated 06.02.2019 in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in W.A.(MD) No.1579 of 2016 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.K.T.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Page No.2 of 4

Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the State Level Empowered Committee has considered the claim of the petitioner and rejected the same.

4. In such case, the order of rejection shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in order to enable him to challenge the same.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
