This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service from the date of first appointment i.e., 12.11.1986 and also direct the respondents to disburse the petitioners retirement benefits as per the post of Superintendent.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected on 14.06.2023. Hence, seeks this Court a liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the rejection order.
