Respondents Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent herein to register a case based on the petitioner's complaints dated 09.06.2016 and 09.01.2017 and file FIR u/S 379, 447, 426 and 506[ii] IPC, against [1] Prakash Reddi [2] Nagabushanam Reddi, both sons of Late Ramachandra Reddi, residing at Errakondapalayam Village, Devananapalli Post, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, and [3] Krishna Reddi, S/o.Munusamy Reddi, Krishnagiri Taluk and District and consequently take action against the above said persons in accordance with law to protect the life and property of the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2016 and 09.01.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
