O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The National Highways Department/respondent No.3 has filed an affidavit through the Divisional Engineer, Coimbatore Division stating that the process of plantation of trees is actually still on. Some photographs have also been produced for our perusal. The prayer is to make adequate plantation of trees to cover the trees destroyed in the process of construction of the road by respondent No.3. Thus, we issue a direction that the process of plantation of trees as per the norms should be completed at the earliest.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
