However, on reading the affidavits filed, the time is extended for a further period of four weeks for executing security bond as directed in O.P.No.439 of 2017, which would imply that the time is granted, till 05.12.2022.

2. In application No.3870 of 2022, permission is sought for the 5th petitioner to execute and sign the necessary bonds, forms and petition through her mother Mrs.P.Vasantha Kumari, the 2nd petitioner herein since there is no conflict of secrets between the two petitioners, such permission is also granted.

3. Both the applications stands disposed of accordingly.
