Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the respondent must ensure that the land, which was gifted by the petitioner, can be used only for the purpose of burial ground. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
