ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2024 for the "security job" on humanitarian grounds and also mentioning of writ petitioner name in the Government Medical Insurance Policy, within a time period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
