Heard Mr.M.Adhishree, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of A.S.No.95 of 2014 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Erode. The suit is filed for declaration, mandatory injunction and also for other reliefs. The appeal itself is pending from 2014.

4. In view of the above, learned Subordinate Judge, Erode is directed to dispose of A.S.No.95 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
