2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner was wrongly mentioned at page No.2 of the order dated 08.02.2023 as "Mr.M.Vijayan Charath" instead of "Mr.M.Vijayamehanath".

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to correct the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner at page No.2 of the aforesaid order, as "Mr.M.Vijayamehanath" instead of "Mr.M.Vijayan Charath" and issue a fresh order copy.
