(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph 7 of the order of this Court made in Crl.A.No.1230 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024. 2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the earlier order of this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In Crl.A.No.1230 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024, condition No.7 imposed on the petitioner to report before the Viayampattai Police Station, Trichy, everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before Viayampattai Police Station, Trichy on the second and fourth Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. All other conditions remain unaltered.
