ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is accused in Cr.No.1611 of 2014.

Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, she shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
