The petitioner/wife has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Krishnagiri

H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2015 is filed by the respondent-husband before the Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai for dissolution of marriage held between the petitioner and the respondent on 24.01.2007. 3.

It is stated that the respondent-husband has filed his proof affidavit and cross examination of the husband has to be done. As the petitioner-wife has expressed her difficulty in travelling from Krishnagiri to Thiruvannamalai along with the child, she seeks for transfer.

Taking into consideration the above grievance expressed by the petitioner and also taking into the fact that the petitioner is having a child, this Court deems it fit to transfer the said H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2015 from the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai, to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Krishnagiri. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
