2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.1419 of 2014 and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.XXIII, Saidapet, Chennai, and the same has been taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
