2. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, had submitted that the detenu had come back home and he is living with the petitioner, at present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. As such, there is no cause of action existing, at present, for maintaining the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
