CMP No.18353 of 2021 & CMP No.1781 of 2022 in S.A.No.91 of 2013 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1070 days in filing the petition to set aside the ex-parte order passed against the 5th respondent in S.A.No.91 of 2013 and to bring on record the of the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent as proposed respondents 13 to 16 in S.A.No.91 of 2013.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and hence, these petitions are allowed. 3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title. The learned counsel appearing for the deceased 5th respondent has filed vakalat for the impleaded respondents 13 to 16. Hence, the Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.N.Umapathi, learned counsel for the impleaded respondents 13 to 16.
