This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
