This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15100 of 2022 on 30.06.2022, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
