O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.537 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.537 of 2018 on 28.06.2018 under Sections 294[b], 448 and 506[ii] IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.537 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
