Petitioners have come forward with this Criminal Original Petition, for quashing the proceedings of the first respondent issued in Ne.Mu(P1)/7469/2011 dated 29.12.2011.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].
3.Proceedings of the first respondent dated 29.12.2011, is to be set aside for the simple reason that the factual circumstances which prompted the authorities concerned to move under section 107 of Code of Criminal Procedure in the year 2012, might now not exist.
4.Accordingly, leaving it open to the first respondent to proceed afresh, if necessary, this Criminal Original Petition allowed and the proceedings of the first respondent in Ne.Mu(P1)/7469/2011 dated 29.12.2011, is quashed. 25.04.2017 rpa/gsk To
