The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 421 days in re-presenting the written statement dated 24.08.2020 in D.No.14595 of 2020 filed by the applicant / defendant.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition for condoning the delay in representing the written statement and the application is allowed.
