The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the criminal complaint, which is pending investigation by the City Crime Branch I, Chennai.

2. It is stated that the de facto complainant/Niraiselvi died and therefore the legal heirs of the de facto complainant has taken out the Miscellaneous Petition in Crl. M.P. No.

13565 of 2022 to get themselves impleaded as respondents 3 to 5.

3. Considering the nature of the complaint which relates to the property of the de facto complainant, the petition to implead is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendments and post the Criminal Original Petition in the second week of September for final hearing.
