1. The main writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct implementation of a report of the second respondent District Collector regarding re-transfer of 22 streets in ward 193 in Thoraipakkam in Sholinganallur Zone, to Ward No.192, in the Neelangarai in the Sholinganallur Zone.

2. Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents 1 to 4 today. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the fifth respondent says a separate counter is not necessary. Therefore, pleadings are complete.
