This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.07.2018 and investigate the same. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 18.07.2018 was received by the office of the Department of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption on 22.07.2018. Preliminary enquiry has been initiated vide PE 240/2018, HR & CE, Salem dated 01.08.2018.
