ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent herein to forthwith consider the petitioners application dated 7.11.2025 for grant of spare minibus permit.

3. The petitioner is a Stage Carriage Operator having a mini bus and operating in the route 3Puthumariamman Koil Vanathiryapuram to Vadalur Bus stand”. The petitioner applied for spare bus permit before the respondent along

with requisite application fees. The grievance of the petitioner is that even payment of necessary fees and filing of the the application dated 07.11.2025, the petitioner's application was not considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
