Crl.O.P.No.19483 of 2018 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J., Today, this matter is posted under the caption " For Extension of Time". 2.This Court by an order dated 03.08.2018, has granted an opportunity to recall P.W.1 and for marking documents and also directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. However, the trial has not been completed and hence, six months further time has been extended on 05.10.2018. But, still now the trial has not been completed and hence, the learned XX Metropolitan Magistrate vide Dis.No.59/2019 dated 21.03.2019 has sought for further extension of time.
