A.Nos.4063 & 4064 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm. Div.) No.144 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, The above Applications are filed for the following reliefs:- i.). A.No.4063 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the Applicants as Plaintiffs 2 and 3 in the above suit namely, C.S.(Comm.Div.).No.144 of 2022 as legal heirs of the Sole Plaintiff.

ii.). A.No.4064 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the Applicants as Plaintiffs 2 and 3 in O.A.No.424 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm.Div.).No.144 of 2022 as legal heirs of the Deceased Applicant/Plaintiff.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the applications are ordered as prayed for.

3. The plaintiff/applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and file amended copy of the plaint by 22.08.2023.

4. Meanwhile, the plaintiff in the connected suit (C.S.No.373/2019) shall take steps to bring on record the LRs of the said M.Manobala who has been arrayed as the 2nd defendant.

5. Post the matter on 22.08.2023.
