The petitioner herein is the second accused in Crime No.192 of 2022 registered on 25.02.2022. The 1st accused is the wife of the petitioner.

2. Alleging that for a pure money transaction between the defacto complainant and the first accused, a complaint been given as if the first accused intimidated, abused and caused injury on the instigation of the second accused. It is contended that on the alleged date of occurrence this petitioner was not present at the alleged scene of occurrence. No injury sustained by the defacto complainant and there is no material to show that the petitioner cheated or incited the first accused to commit any of the offence mentioned in the FIR.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation is in the advanced stage and the final report will be filed within a period of fifteen days based on the evidence collected during the course of investigation and the points raised by the petitioner will be considered by the Investigation Officer before filing the final report. 2/4

4. Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
