Prayer in W.P.No.25570 of 2021: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to enforce or implement the impugned Rules 8-19 under Part - III of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

The withdrawal of the petitions is to avoid multiplication of the litigation by the same parties on the same issue.
