ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to pay the sum of Rs.7,52,000/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum on expiry of 6 months from the date of raising of respective fee bills till the date of payment.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent on instructions would submit that the respondents have paid the fee bills of the petitioner which is the subject

matter of this writ petition. Mr.V.Ayyadurai, the petitioner who appeared as a party in person agrees for the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent.

3. Since the payment has been made, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. After recording the respective submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
