ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2026 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, would submit that the investigation in the case has already been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed on 10.04.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem.

3. In view thereof, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to agitate his grievance, if any, after receipt of the charge sheet in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 29.06.2026 : no grs 2/4
