ORDER
The present wit petition has been filed with a prayer for certiorarified mandamus to quash the impugned proceedings in R.No.6492/A8/2024 dated 20.09.2024 passed by the 1st respondent.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had challenged the Suspension Order dated 20.09.2024 as the Disciplinary Authority has not reviewed the same as provided under G.O.(Ms).No.81 dated 04.08.2022. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that if any representation is received from the petitioner, the respondents would consider the same in line with G.O.(Ms).No.81 dated 04.08.2022.
4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record.

5.In such view of the matter, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to give a representation to the Disciplinary Authority within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the Disciplinary Authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance to its own merits and in accordance with law of course by taking into consideration G.O.(Ms).No.81 dated 04.08.2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also stand closed.
