This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15126 of 2025, dated 16.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent, police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for further interrogation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15126 of 2025, dated 16.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for further interrogation is relaxed.
