Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner representation dated 21.07.2016 by the respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issuance of proper extents of patta document assigned in the petitioner name.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the property admeasuring to an extent of 0.21 cents out of 1.72 cents comprised in S.No.4/1 situate at Mummuni Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and she was issued with a joint patta No.710 in respect of the 0.850 Hectares of land. The petitioner had approached the respondents 1 and 2 in the form of representation / application dated 21.07.2016 for survey and measurement of the land and since no response is forthcoming, she came forward to file the present writ petition.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to entertain the representation / application of the petitioner dated 21.07.2016, if the papers are otherwise in order and after putting the concerned person/s on notice, shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the person/s concerned, if any and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the person/s concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
