ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside and modify the condition No.1 imposed in the order dated 07.02.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.57 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tiruvannamalai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.15 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 418 and 420 of IPC. While allowing the petition seeking return of the properties, viz., Maruthi Suzuki Ertiga Car bearing Registration No.TN-25-BR-3094 and Royal Enfield Two Wheeler bearing Registration No.TN-25-CD-7363, the Trial Court imposed several conditions on the petitioner. According to the petitioner, due to financial constraints, he was unable able to comply with the condition and therefore, he seeks modification.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in
Crl.M.P.No.57 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed.
