A.No.3792 of 2023 is filed to permit the applicant to bring on record the legal heirs of late Mr.S.S.Chakravarthy, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents as defendants 2, 3 and 4 in C.S.No.564 of 2015.

2. A.No.3794 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 5 herein viz (i) Rahamath Nisha - Wife (ii) Imran Chakravarthy - Son (iii) Shakeel Nila Chakravarthy - Daughter as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd defendant and rank them as defendants 4 to 6 in the suit C.S.No.775 of 2015.

3. The learned counsel who had earlier entered appearance on behalf of Mr. S.S. Chakravarthy. whose legal heirs are now sought to be brought on record, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the legal 1/3

heirs. On instructions, she submits that she has no objection to the applications being ordered.

4. Therefore, the applications are allowed. The plaintiff in both suits shall carry out the necessary amendments and file the amended copy of the plaint into the Court within a period of one week from today.

5. Post the matter on 07.08.2023.
