(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The only aspect which is of concern in the present petition is whether, as alleged, there are 19,000 vacancies of police personnels, which have not been filled up.

2.Unfortunately, the petitioner has not filed any details as to how he alleges these vacancies are there and under what categories.

3.We are, thus, not inclined to entertain the petition and the petitioner may first get information to verify the exact number of vacancies in different categories and he is at liberty to file a petition thereafter confining to this aspect alone. 4.Writ Petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
