2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, in due compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5599 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022, charge sheet has been filed and it has also been taken up in C.C.No.136 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur.
