When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent that against the order of the 4th respondent, there is an appeal remedy available under Section 80-A of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and the petitioner, without exhausting the same, has filed this petition.

2. In view of the above submission, when this Court was about to dismiss the writ petition on that score, M/s.B.Dharani (E.No.5437 of 2024) learned counsel for Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel on record for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Permission is granted. This Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
