Respondents [R4 & R5 impleaded vide order dated 16.08.2022 in W.P.No.23753/2021] Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2021 and to direct the respondents to take necessary action to remove the encroachment made by the second respondent on the property of the petitioner comprised in S.No.12/2, Sadayankuppam Village, Thiruvotriyur Taluk, Greater Chennai Corporation being HIG Plot No.4/12, TNHB Manali Scheme, Phase-I, Manali New Town, Chennai 103 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2021 seeking removal of the encroachment made by the second respondent in his property in HIG Plot No.4/12, TNHB Manali Scheme, Phase-I, Manali New Town, Chennai 103, S.No.12/2, Sadayankuppam Village, Thiruvotriyur Taluk, Greater Chennai Corporation.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation submitted that the encroachment said to have been made by the second respondent has been removed and the same was accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner.
