[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order dated 03.11.2016 passed in
BCDFGISSSV No.1132/2016 against the detenu by name, Rajeshkumar, S/o.Chinnaiah by the Detaining Authority and quash the same.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented to the effect that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed and to that effect, a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6407 dated 22.12.2016 is submitted.
3. In fact, this Court has perused the same, wherein it has been clearly stated that the Detention Order passed against the detenu has been quashed.
4. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
