This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to give protection to the petitioner and the same to be monitored by the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.107 of 2018 and the same is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sangagiri, in which, respondents No.4 to 11 are not defendants. In a case of this nature, police protection cannot be granted and it is always open to the petitioner to approach the civil Court, in the light of the Division Bench of this Court in Sri La Sri Siva Subramanyananda Swamy Vs Sri La Sri Arunachalaswamy [1993[1] MLJ 274]. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
