2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and on being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered, directing the petitioner/Insurance Company to effect substituted service in respect of the third respondent in one issue of Tamil daily--"Dina Malar" on or before 22.09.2023, indicating the date of hearing of the appeal as 25.092023 and proof of such newspaper publication shall be filed.
