ORDER

This petition has been filed for transferring H.M.O.P.No.248 of 2014 filed by the wife to the court of choice of the husband. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is ready to file a Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition for transferring his H.M.O.P to the Court in which the H.M.O.P filed by the wife is pending. Accordingly, the petitioner wants permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for such transfer. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. Endorsement is recorded. The Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
