ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent herein to commence conciliation in the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner on 16.07.2022.

2. Heard Mr.V.Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner, M/s. M.Jayanthy, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr. Anand Gopalan, learned counsel for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record. Page No.2 of 4

However, it is learnt from the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the conciliation proceedings have resulted in failure, and a failure report has also been issued. In that case, the Government has to take a call and pass appropriate orders with regard to the reference of the dispute.
