This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant notional increment for the period from 1.7.2011 to 30.6.2012 which became due on 1.7.2012 to the petitioner, on the date of his retirement on 30.6.2012.

2. Mr.T.Chezhian, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted and orders have been passed in this regard.

3. Since the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, nothing remains to be considered further in this matter.
