ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to shift the High Tension line which is running over the property belonging to the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 17.06.2025.

2.Heard Mr.G.Baskar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.V.Venkata Seshaiya, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 17.06.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and convey the

3/5 decision to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
