The petitioner seeks a direction to 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2023 and pass final orders on the representation.

2. According to the petitioner, he is a Vice President of Chinthamani Panchayath, T.Palur, Ariyalur District.

3. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the President of the said panchayat committed certain financial irregularities and in respect of the same, the petitioner made a representation to the 4th respondent on 31.05.2023 requesting him to take action against the President under Section 205 of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

4. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent, who is Inspector of Panchayat failed to take any action against the President on the representation submitted by the petitioner till date.

5. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the 3/6

representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2023 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
