ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and issue patta for 1420 sq.ft., out of 2166 sq.ft. of her property bearing door No. 8, Velachery Main Road, Pallikaranai Village, Shollinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey No. 311/2 as per the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram dated 03.07.2013.

2. This Court by order dated 16.09.2022, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions with regard to the grant of patta in consonance to the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2022, if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption, "for issuance of patta". When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06. 2022 is rejected.
