This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing first respondent to dispose of the representations made by petitioner on 05.01.2024, 03.06.2024 and 19.06.2025, wherein petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in respect of the subject property.
2. By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father purchased land comprised in Survey No.111/12 measuring an extent of 2.75 cents, situated at Ma.Pudaiyur Village, Thittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District vide registered sale deed dated 11.05.1973. His father got title and possession of the subject property, died on 25.12.1989. In the subject property, petitioner has constructed a house. Petitioner had submitted various
representations to the concerned respondent to issue patta in respect of the subject property. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not taken out online application in respect of the subject property for issuance of patta. If petitioner takes out an appropriate online application and pays the necessary fee, the patta would be issued within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. In response, learned counsel for petitioner would agree to submit out the online application in respect of Survey No.111/12 measuring an extent of 2.75 cents, situated at Ma.Podaiyur Village, Thittagudi Taluk,
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the
case and considering the grievance of petitioner, there shall be a direction to petitioner to submit an application to concerned respondent and pay necessary fee in respect of Survey No.111/12. On receipt of such payment, the concerned respondent shall conduct enquiry and issue patta in accordance with law, after putting petitioner and other interested parties, if any, on notice, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law.
